East of England
Regional Economic Strategy
The current Regional Economic Strategy ‘A shared vision’, was published in 2004 to ‘make the East of England a world class economy, renowned for its knowledge base, the creativity and enterprise of its people and the quality of life of all who live and work here’.
Following a review of the current version and consultation on the future approach, a new regional economic strategy for 2008-2031 will be submitted in spring 2008 for ministerial endorsement.
